1.       Withdrawal on Parents Request.

(a)    Parents are to apply for withdrawal giving atleast two months’ notice or else caution money will be forfeited.

(b)    All scholarship availed during stay at the school will have to be refunded.

2.     Non-payment of fees.

(a)     Repeated defaulters in payment of fees.

(b)    Parents will have to clear school dues and refund all scholarship provided by the Government for issue of TC or else action as deemed fit will be initiated.

3.     Medical Grounds.

(a)     Medically unfit child who is likely to be unfit for entry into NDA.

(b)    Can be permitted to continue his studies on payment of full fees and other expenses from the date he is found medically unfit.

(c)     Cases with Hanson’s diseases will be compulsorily withdrawn. 

4.    Poor Academic Grounds.

(a)     Upon failure of child in a class, parent can decide to either repeat the class as Full Fee Paying or withdraw his child.

(b)     Child will not be eligible for SCHOLARSHIP.

5.     Withdrawal on Disciplinary Ground.

(a)    If the boy’s conduct, behavior or influence is detrimental in any way to the interest of the other children / school, he will be withdrawn.

(b)    Caution money will be forfeited and all scholarship awarded will have to be refunded.
