It is structured in alignment with the objectives set by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and CBSE as well as the specific aim of Sainik School Tilaiya i.e to develop the requisite Competency in the Cadets to crack the UPSC written examination and subsequently excel at SSBs for entry into the National Defence Academy.
