We taught our cadets that –

The main aim of the school is to develop cadets into a good leader who can serve their country honestly.
We make our cadets a gentleman cadet so that whenever they goes to the NDA, NA, IMA, OTS or any other professional field they always behave like gentleman and set a benchmark for others. What does the word Gentleman Imply? A Gentleman has been as: –
“A honest man, a man with a sense of duties and obligations of his position, whatever it may be, a man who tells the truth, a man who gives to others their due, a man considerate to the weak, a man who has the principles and stands by them, a man who is not elated by good fortune and not too depressed by bad, a man who is loyal, a man who can be trusted”
Sainik School Tilaiya inculcates the quality of leadership in cadets for this school provides ample opportunities to their cadets to extract out their hidden leadership qualities.
